Technical Writer
This role is an important part of our dynamic and dedicated development team, and reports directly to our Head of Development. Our Technical Writer will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.

Areas of focus and impact:

• Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing technical documentation, working closely with various subject matter experts to understand requirements
• Evaluate current documentation and develop innovative approaches for improvement
• Work with development and support leads to identify sources of information, revise and edit the material to create useful documentation 
  
• Build out and maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
• Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
• Work with marketing team on repurposing technical documentation for use in blog posts, or other relevant external forums

Your background and experience:

• Experience from a technical writing role focused on advanced technology
  
• Experience working with engineering on documentation, with an eye for optimizing how the intended audience would interact with the documentation
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Experience creating and managing content using GitHub and Markdown
• Native level English language proficiency preferred
