This role will be part of our dynamic and high-performing US sales team, and report directly to our VP of US Sales. The Account Executive will be responsible for complex sales cycles, build new business opportunities and grow our customer base.
Areas of focus and impact:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing business
- Achieving quota and successfully converting accounts
- Present products and solutions to prospective clients within various verticals
- Identifying and converting opportunities into revenue
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions
- Proactively pursue new business via strategic prospecting
Your background and experience:
- Solid experience from an Account Executive or similar role
- Proven track record of consistent pipeline and revenue growth within SaaS, Fintech or similar
- Working knowledge of the enterprise software market and the ability to learn new software and industries quickly, as well as knowledge of the assigned territory in terms of relevant industries, clients and business partners
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team player
- Eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
- Integrity, humility, team-orientation, sense of humor and drive for performance
- Exceptional presentation skills necessary to effectively deliver executive-level and value-based presentations
- Bachelors degree preferred

Where you'll work:
- This role is fully remote for eligible workers in the United States. Ideal candidate will be on Eastern, Central or Mountain US time zone
- There will be opportunities to meet physically with the US team approximately each quarter, and we will fly you to Norway for company wide team building events twice a year!
Comp & Benefits:
- The compensation for this position is comprised of a base salary and a variable component, with the total compensation ranging between $100,000 - $200,000. Compensation will be determined on several factors including but not limited to location, skills, experience and may vary from the range listed.
